I bought this kit as it gave me an extra AC adaptor brick and a sync cable as well as letting me charge my iPhone 3G in the car.In terms of charging, everything works as advertised. The 1000mA AC Adaptor and 500mA car adaptor lets me charge more than use my iPhone; I was able to charge a Microsoft Zune Media player and a AT&T Fuze mobile phone.
