BNF Sptel 4 Review: TELESCOPE. I received this product in early March 2009. I attempted to put it together using a really bad set of instructions that reminded me of late 1940's instructions included with Japanese-made products. In this case the instructions were apparently written by Chinese people with only a small knowledge of English. Some parts were missing, as well.
