Alpine M500 Review: MRP-M500 - Alpine Monoblock 500 Watt RMS Power Amplifier. Alpine's V Series is a nice series of mid-grade amplifiers. They aren't high end, but they price is isn't "high end" either. They are efficient and work well with vehicles that don't exactly have a lot of extra amps available for powering amplifiers. I run an MRP-M500 and an MRP-F300 in my Honda Fit and they both supply me with good, clean power without taxing my car's electrical system.In my system, the M500 is powering a 12" subwoofer in a small, sealed box.
